Wicks & Wine is a business that promotes social interaction through artistic expressions with candles. We also sell homemade and custom candles.

Events can be booked using the calendar; however, you will receive a phone call or email for confirmation. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

It depends on the number of guests in your party and we accept all major credit cards for reservations. We do not accept personal checks and please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of reservation (a deposit is required) along with a signed contract and liability waiver form.

No, we are a BYOB business. You must be over the age of 21 to consume alcohol and we do check ID.

Nothing, just the people and whatever finger foods and beverages for you and your guests.

Wear whatever you want; however, remember that you will be painting and the acrylic paint will not come out of clothing; however, we do provide aprons for clothing protection.

*Please note that this cancellation policy applies to hosting a mobile event.

Please give 7 days’ notice prior to the event. If you cancel 7 days or less from your event, the non-refundable deposit will be retained and we will issue a credit for the remainder balance (expires 1 year from the date the non-refundable deposit was made).

You need at least 5 people to host an event.

Events booked after 6pm require the minimum age of 18.

You do not need any painting experience, remember this is fun art and our candle art experts will be there to help you every step of the way.

When you book an event, you choose the fragrance of the candle for you and your guests. We have over 50 fragrances for you to choose from.

We recommend that you wait at least 2-3 days before burning your soy blend candle.

Each session lasts between 2-3 hours (which includes set up and clean up).

Yes, we do have a COVID protocol in place; however, we are limiting the number of events per day. Details will be explained during initial booking.

To ensure the health of staff and clients, the following precautions include:

  • Checking temperatures of staff and clients before event
  • Providing hand sanitizer for use before and during the event
  • Ensuring face masks or coverings are worn by staff, if required by host.
